Information we receive
We receive the information you choose to submit through the website enquiry form or send to us by email — typically your name, organisation, contact details, target region, mandate type and a summary of the mandate you wish to discuss.
How it is used
Enquiry information is used solely to assess mandate fit and to correspond with you. It is not used for marketing and is not sold or shared for commercial purposes.
Confidentiality
Enquiries are treated confidentially and reviewed by the firm and, where relevant to the mandate, trusted advisers bound by equivalent expectations of discretion.
Retention
Correspondence is retained only for as long as it is relevant to an enquiry, an active mandate, or the firm's legitimate record-keeping requirements.
Sensitive material
Please avoid sending highly sensitive or privileged material in an initial enquiry. A suitable secure channel can be arranged after initial review.
Your requests
You may ask us at any time to correct or delete the information you have provided, and we will do so where no overriding legal or record-keeping obligation applies.
